Where we ship

We ship from London to addresses in the United Kingdom only. We do not ship to any other country at the moment.

Cost and delivery time

Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend and no surcharge. Orders normally arrive within 2-4 business days, and checkout may show a shorter estimate for your address.

Business days and estimates

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Delivery windows are estimates rather than guaranteed dates: a carrier delay can add time.

Tracking

You will receive an email as soon as your order is dispatched, including tracking details where the carrier provides them.

Delivery addresses

Please check your address before paying. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or nobody was able to accept delivery, we will contact you to arrange a resend or a refund.

Returns

You have thirty days from delivery to send an order back, and we cover the return postage. The full terms are in our Refund policy.
